The initial $0.03 let's me know that you are interested in hiring my longarm quilting service.
After you have completed your deposit of $50, I will send a form, to be filled out and included with your quilt. Please make sure you have an Intake Number prior to shipping

I try to make it as easy as possible. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
1. Select a design and pay $50 deposit which starts your appointment process
2. I will email you the information sheet to print, fill out and include with your quilt when you mail it.
3. I will contact you by email when your quilt is complete with an invoice that you can pay by etransfer.
4. When your payment is completed I will ship your quilt out to you.

For example, if your quilt top is 60" x 60" = 3600 square inches. Price: 3600 x .03 = $108 plus any applicable taxes.
$50 deposit is required on your order to set up your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

By starting your order, you agree to the following terms:
Quilt backing MUST be 5-6 inches larger than the quilt top on ALL sides. Backing must be ready to load. For example: if your quilt top measures 60 " x 60" then your backing needs to be at least 70" x 70".
Quilt and backing must be pressed well, no holes or loose threads, and squared up. Do not leave uneven edges or Piecing. Tucks and puckers will not be "quilted out".
Baste or stay stitch around your quilt if you have seams or pieces borders. Do not baste your backing, batting and quilt top together.
I will choose a thread that blends best with your quilt top.
Top and bobbin threads will match or blend.
You are responsible for shipping costs to me.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with details, including where to ship your top and backing.

You are trusting my best judgement, and trusting I will do the best I can. Sometimes things occur that I cannot control. Occasionally, some computerized quilt designs require each row to line up with the previously stitched row. I do my best to make sure all the points match up. . Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond my control they may not match up perfectly. By sending your quilt to me, you acknowledge that this is the case. I am not responsible for expectations beyond my control. I will always work hard to do my best work.
On occasion a quilt top may contain excessive fullness for a specific design. If that is the case I will contact you for a consult.
